  • Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds)
  • Promptly answers the phone (3 rings) in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Demonstrates knowledge of appointment book/scheduling procedures and computer operations/procedures
  • Handles all files/patient records in an organized and effecient manner in accordance with HIPPA
  • Performs all pre-examination testing with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Takes the initiative to explain all measurements and answers any questions patient may have
